'Our Father who is in heaven,14 "For if you forgive men their trespasses, Avikhem she-ba-shamayim will also forgive you. 15 But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will Avikhem forgive your trespasses.
may your name be sanctified.
10 May you continue establishing your Kingdom.
May your will be done
in heaven and in earth.
11 Give us this day our necessary portion.
12 Forgive us our sins as we also have forgiven those
who have sinned against us.
13 Do not bring us into the grasp of temptation,[A]
but deliver us from the evil one.6-13a
[For yours is ha-mamlakhah, the power and the glory l`olmei `olamim. Amein.'6-13b]
'By hearing you will hear, and will in no way understand;16 "But blessed are your eyes, for they see; and your ears, for they hear. 17 Amein, for I tell you that n'vi'im v'tzaddikim rabbim desired to see the things which you see, and didn't see them; and to hear the things which you hear, and didn't hear them.
Seeing you will see, and will in no way perceive:
15 Ki lev ha`am hazeh has grown callous,
their ears are dull of hearing,
their eyes they have closed;
or else perhaps they might perceive with their eyes,
hear with their ears,
understand with their heart,
and should turn again; and I would heal them.'[A]
"I will open my mouth in moshalim;
I will utter things hidden from the foundation of ha`olam."[B]
