If you want to have a really good time in the future, it takes a strong person to participate in this, because the world will despise you. Are you strong enough??  You will be ridiculed, mocked, persecuted.  You will be degraded.  In some parts of the world, you may even be killed!  You must be strong emotionally and spiritually!

"If you were of the world, the world would love his own: but because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hates you." John 15:19

(And you thought Christians were wimps!)

But the rewards are great and will last forever!

HERE is the best time you can ever have.  And "ever" means eternally. -- -- -- "As it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither has entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him." 1 Cor 2:9

SEE? That's all you have to do.  LOVE GOD!

Well, that's not quite all you have to do.  Jesus said, "If you love me, keep my commandments." (John 14:15)  That's where righteousness comes in. (Matt. 6:33)

"For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit." Rom 14:17

"Don't worry about anything; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God, and the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through the Messiah, Yeshua." Phil. 4:6-7

Would you like these "good times?"  Would you like to have the "peace that passes all understanding?"

"As many as receive him (Jesus), to them he gives the power to become sons of God, even to those who believe on his name; who are born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." John 1:12-13

And all you have to do is turn FROM the ways of the world, turn TO God through his anointed one, His Messiah, and give Him your life.  It must be a complete turn -- the word repent means to turn around -- and give him your heart, mind, soul, and strength.  Half-way won't do!  Hanging on to something of the world behind your back won't do, because there is no "behind your back" to God.

"With the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:10

You must:

BELIEVE: "He that does not believe is condemned already because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." John 3:18)

CONFESS: "All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)

REPENT: "Unless you repent, you shall all perish." (Luke 13:5)

RECEIVE: "God loved the world (that's YOU) so much that He gave his only begotten Son that whosoever (that's YOU) believes on Him should not perish, but have everlasting life!" (John 3:16)
